How We Evaluate

We do not score products on generic feature checklists. For each category we derive evaluation axes from documented user evidence (G2, Capterra, TrustRadius, Reddit, and independent third-party testing published by others — we do not claim tests we have not run), distinguish single anecdotes from recurring patterns and broad consensus, keep conflicting sources on record, and state who should skip a product — not only who should buy it.
